IMDb: A self-indulgent and vain publishing magnate finds his privileged life upended after a vehicular accident with a resentful lover.
I am trying to watch Penelope Cruz’s filmography and this is the second consecutive film of hers since the new year that I didn’t really like/enjoy with burning passion. Cheesy script, cheesy moments, a lot of dragging parts, and not so long after Julie Gianni crashed the car and sent it over a bridge did I realize I was already losing interest in the story. in fact, I found that the only sympathetic character there is here was Julie Gianni. The beautiful Cameron Diaz played the jilted lover-gone-mad so vibrantly, I felt soooo bad for her everytime she’s on screen I got a little bit melancholic. Her eyes speak ha pain! Sigh…the crazy things you do for love.by
